These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Valtiro website and related services. Valtiro is operated by B Goody LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. In these Terms, “Valtiro,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Valtiro service and its operator.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Valtiro website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services. If you use Valtiro on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms, and “you” includes that business.

2. Valtiro Services

Valtiro provides lead reactivation, follow-up, automation, and related business services. Descriptions of our services on the website are for general informational purposes.

Valtiro does not guarantee specific leads, appointments, revenue, sales, conversion rates, or other business results. Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the quality and age of contact information, recipient interest, and your own follow-up and operations.

3. Website and Service Use

You may use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the website or services in any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive manner

Providing a phone number, by itself, does not constitute SMS consent. Submitting the contact form does not constitute SMS consent. SMS consent is separate from form submission, is optional, and is given only if you affirmatively opt in.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation message, and we will no longer send you SMS messages unless you later provide consent again. For help, reply HELP or email support@getvaltiro.com.

5. Privacy

How Valtiro collects, uses, and shares information, including mobile and SMS-related information, is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or services, you acknowledge that Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Valtiro website, branding, software, text, graphics, logos, materials, and related intellectual property are owned by Valtiro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the website or services will not exceed the amounts you paid to Valtiro for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have not paid any such amounts.

Some laws do not allow certain limitations. If those laws apply to you, some of the limitations above may not apply.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valtiro and B Goody LLC, and their officers, members, employees, and agents, from and against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or services if you violate these Terms, if we reasonably believe continued access would create risk or harm, or where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or discontinue the services. You may stop using the website and services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the website or services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
